A race of aliens dedicated their telepathy, telekinesis, and intuitive aptitude to become blacksmiths for hire. They called themselves the Weaponers. They craft the ultimate and absolute of weapons but appear to warn every client that no matter how powerful, a weapon is always limited by its user. Kanjar Ro hired the Weaponers to forge a power ring and battery modeled after the Green Lantern Corps to function with the Yellow Element. After finishing the objects on Qward, they teleported back home.
