Labella is the owner and operator of a night club on planet Cadmendoh. It is named after here and notorious for frequently changing its location to avoid law enforcement. Labella's is a gathering place for criminals and Labella, herself, deals in illegal services and is believed to be an informant to Sinestro. However, when she couldn't give Sinestro any leads on Cuch, he tortured her with a Moon Ball until Hal Jordan intervened.
