Ferris Aircraft is the top American aerospace company, founded by Carl Ferris and based in Coast City, California. It is renowned for its forward thinking corporate culture. It always won most of the government contracts and many Air Force officers doubled as test pilots for the company. Recently, operations were headed by Ferris' daughter, Carol Ferris. It was the subject of unexplained phenomena when the Green Power Ring of Abin Sur levitated a simulator with Hal Jordan aboard into the nearby desert.
