Cuch is one of the top enforcers of Kanjar Ro. Unlike the rest of the group, Cuch has the unique ability to generate electric charges. He has since learned to use it with deadly force. Unable to be captured, Cuch built up a predictable pattern of returning to Labella's on Cadmendoh after killing someone.
After Sinestro alerted Kanjar Ro about Abin Sur, Cuch was assigned to watch all henchmen and look for a spy. Cuch managed to fatally wound Sur. Sur managed to distract Cuch and fled the ship. Soon after, Sinestro and Hal Jordan arrived on Cadmendoh in search of him. Sure enough, Cuch arrived on scene. The duo pursued him but were separated. Jordan managed to knock Cuch unconscious and met up with Sinestro. Cuch was taken to a nearby Corps Sub-Station and interrogated by Sinestro. Cuch did not survive the interrogation.
