Meesh is Gotham youth and often hangs around with three other friends who also skateboard. Like most of the young people in Gotham, Meesh joined in on the speculation on the urban myth surrounding Batman. When she was skating in the city, Meesh witnessed Batman chasing the rocket strapped thief Jacob Feely. Meesh saw Batman as a monster bat and embellished her story a little, Batman decapitates Feely and a few odd sound effects. Meesh told her story to her friends only to witness Batman and Feely burst into their indoor rink.
