B-Devil is Gotham youth and often hangs around with three other friends who also skateboard. Like most of the young people in Gotham, B-Devil joined in on the speculation on the urban myth surrounding Batman. While taking in the sights from the roof of the Gotham State Empire Building, B-Devil and the other onlookers were held up by tech thief Jacob Feely. Batman intervened and according to B-Devil, was dressed in a robot suit that gave him amazing super powers. B-Devil later arrived at a local hangout and recounted his story. Minutes later, he and his friends witnessed Batman and Feely fight each other again.
