Arman is a middle aged India man who often helps tourists and often sets them up with people they wouldn't normally have access to. Less than 10 years ago, Arman encountered Bruce Wayne. Wayne was looking to learn the Bhusara technique from the Fakir. After waiting a month for their decision, they changed their mind and decided to not train Wayne. Arman was still determined to keep his finder's fee and introduced him to an ex-disciple and outcast named Cassandra.
