Angela Moxon is the wife of Lew Moxon and mother of Jeremy Moxon. She is a devout Catholic who spent her days immersed in charity work. It is unknown how aware she was of her husband's role as the top crime lord of Gotham City's underworld. After he was murdered by Batman, Angela grieved and was comforted by her son Jeremy. However, Moxon's former associates had her assassinated to send Jeremy a message to stop his pursuit of succeeding his father as head of the crime families.
