Harv was a childhood bully who tormented Kirk Langstrom. He later married Langstrom's ex-girlfriend Francine. Years later, Harv heckled the newly returned Langstrom by noting Francine always preferred brawn to brains then tried to get him to stay and have a beer. Langstrom declined, prompting Harv to admit he was just trying to have some fun like the old days. Langstrom snapped and tossed Harv through the front glass window.
