Stone's Lab is a hangar in Metropolis owned by Dr. Silas Stone and used as his laboratory. After consulting at the Tower of Justice for a day, Stone returned to his lab and worked on his own project - arm cannons. After testing the energy blaster option on a prop wall, Stone mused he needed one more micro booster and he could take out a tank. Stone's son, Victor, inquired about what Superman was like. Stone wouldn't say what he worked on but was about to talk about Wonder Woman when Will Magnus' Superdroid burst through the ceiling. They narrowly dodged its heat vision. Stone ordered his son to run while he assaulted the droid with his arm cannons. The droid retaliated and knocked Stone over. Victor returned with a compact RPG launcher and nailed the droid but he ran out of rounds. The droid powered up and blew up the entire hangar.

The Stones died instantly and other their skeletons were left. Police and federal agents secured the site. The next day, Steve Trevor assured Lois Lane the federal investigation was purely routine because Stone worked for the military. Superman and Wonder Woman flew to the lab. Superman stated he wanted to look around. He found the Stone's skeletons and knelt down. He was interrupted by Lane, who somehow sneaked in. A police officer escorted her out. Batman called Superman and Wonder Woman back to the Tower of Justice.
