San Francisco is a city in western California on the bay of the same name. In modern times, Bekka lived in San Francisco. When an out of control helicopter threatened lives, Wonder Woman flew to its underside. She forced her fingers into the fuselage to help slow its descent as she helped land it. Dozens of cellphones and tablets took the first good images of her. Then she was gone. Bekka packed her belongings and flew away from San Francisco. A short time later, Batman crossed half a dozen cities. He sought out Howard Barrison in San Francisco one night and interrogated him for what he knew about Jackson Alpert and Doctor Psycho.
