The Whiz Wagon is an advanced hover vehicle and the primary mode of transportation of Jackson Alpert's Forever People. Moonrider, Dreamer, and Serifan took the wagon to Rio de Janeiro with a Holo-Golem of Alpert to quell the violence directed at a transformation center. After Dreamer and Serifan took care of the protestors, Moonrider locked onto Moscow and they arrived within minutes. They later used the wagon at the Eternity Institute to get to the perimeter field quickly and "greet" Superman.
