Giganta is one of the weapons of Kobra. Resembling a giant female humanoid form, Giganta was designed specifically to kill President Amanda Waller on her inauguration day. Waller got word of Giganta and sent Steve Trevor after it. Facing certain death, the Kobra leader activated Giganta with his dying breath. Giganta emerged from her egg-like containment and battled Steve Trevor. Imprevious to bullets and rocket propelled grenades, Giganta eventually grabbed Trevor. He admitted to needing help and Wonder Woman sliced Giganta's right arm off, freeing Trevor. Giganta slammed her into the wall and smashed her. Wonder Woman slipped away in a Boom Tube just as Giganta slammed a piece of wall on her and stomped on it. Wonder Woman emerged from a Boom Tube behind her and stabbed. She pried open and pulled several wires. Giganta ceased function and fell to the ground.
