The Never People are five monsters created by Doctor Psycho. They varied from a three headed behemoth to a tentacled humanoid. Psycho considered them a step up from the Burnouts he created decades ago in 1968. After Wonder Woman brought Superman to Batman in the Eternity Institute and went over the truth about Doctor Psycho posing as Jackson Alpert, they were attacked by the Never People. Wonder Woman insisted they were just innocent beings corrupted by Psycho and they should refrain from lethal force. The three headed behemoth pounded her into the floor then turned out to be impervious to Superman's heat vision. He took out Superman next. Cornered by the Never People, Batman was caught by the tentacled humanoid and rendered unconscious.
