Kobra is a terrorist organization dedicated to the fall of order and reigning in an age of chaos. Basing their iconography on serpentine mythology, Kobra is enemy to most nations. Kobra devised a giant killer robot named Giganta as part of a plan to assassinate Amanda Waller during her inauguration but their plans were found out. Steve Trevor was sent on a covert operation to take the weapon down but he was captured. Before the leader could execute Trevor with his gun, Wonder Woman jumped out from a Boom Tube and disarmed him. Kobra opened fire on both but Wonder Woman and Trevor made short work of them. Wonder Woman impaled the leader with her sword while he sneaked up on Trevor. With his dying breath, the leader activated Giganta.
