Cheetah is the member of a terrorist organization that stole files from President Amanda Waller. He and his comrades hid in a bunker under the Kasnian embassy in Metropolis. As the Justice League fought through the terrorists, Livewire ordered another to upload the stolen files from a jump drive. After Livewire fired an electrical blast at the Justice League, Cheetah dashed at Wonder Woman with his metal claws at the ready. He managed to slash her in the back. Wonder Woman soon gained the upper hand and elbowed him in the back of the head then threw him into a wall. He was taken into custody by Steve Trevor.
