Ree'Yu is a member of the Golden Dragon and mistress of its leader, Kentor Omoto. Ree'Yu wears retractable armor that can in part extend like two extra limbs, for offensive or defensive measures, according to her psychokinetic commands. She holds Omoto's daughter, Laira, in disregard as weak and submissive as her late mother. Laira Omoto returned to Jayd as a Green Lantern and was rebuffed by Ree'Yu. They fought and fell onto Jayd. Omoto gained the upper hand and rendered Ree'Yu unconscious.
