Arkillo, of planet Vorn, is the most feared and powerful warrior of Space Sector 0674. He was the first recruit to the Sinestro Corps and became Lantern of Sector 0674. Arkillo quickly took on the role of drill sergeant and oversaw the creation of more Yellow Power Rings from Qwardian slaves. He killed anyone who doesn't work fast enough. In battle, Arkillo is noted as second only to Sinestro.
