The Gotham Treasury is a reserve located in Gotham City and houses stores of gold bullion. As part of his plan to destory his old hideout, the Laff Factory, and Batman, The Joker sent a giant jack-in-the-box into the lobby. Commissioner Gordon agreed to evacuate the Treasury building and cleared police from the area. Batman and Robin arrived on scene and witnessed the entire building vanish. While Robin walked around on the area where it was, the Joker teleported his Laff Factory. The Treasury was teleported to the Moon. Superman flew to the Moon to investigate. He found the giant jack-in-the-box in the lobby but was unable to scan it with his X-Ray vision because it was lead-lined. Bizarro popped out and attacked Superman. Superman eventually gained the upper hand and launched Bizarro into an asteroid belt.
