The Penguin Copter is a helicopter used by the Penguin. During the robbery of the Gotham First National Bank, Batman and Robin pursued Riddler and Joker. Joker ejected from Riddler's car and hooked onto the Penguin Copter. They returned to the Laff Factory. Penguin later used the copter against Hawkman at Slaughter Swamp. Hawkman managed to get in a good strike but Penguin charged its onboard cannon. Before Hawkman could apply a finishing blow, Batman crippled the helicopter with missiles from his Batboat. It crashed into Solomon Grundy as he charged Aquaman.
