Washington D.C. is the capitol of the United States of America. The administration once stood for something but after President Wilson suffered the assassination of the First Lady, things were never the same. Wilson brokered a minimal peace with the Crime Syndicate and retained the Secret Service to protect him and his daughter, Rose. When he learned of Alexander Luthor's attacks on the Syndicate, he summoned him and the Justice League to the White House. While in the Oval Office, Wilson attempted to persuade Luthor to stop his course of action but he refused. Shortly after they left, Ultraman arrived on the front lawn and threatened the life of Rose Wilson if the President didn't step in. Ultimately, the downfall of the Syndicate was celebrated here as well. After the Martian Manhunter parted ways with Rose Wilson, the Justice League teleported home.
