In 2022, Waller and Rick Flag Sr. watched a GBS News live report about Circe and the Sons of Themyscira violently crossing the border into Pokolistan in Europe as part of a greater plan to conquer Themsycira, the mythical all-women island nation. In addition to the anchor, pre-recorded footage from an embedded reporter was also played of the Sons, Circe, an attack on a gas station, and anti-feminist statements from members.
