In 2022, Clayface continued to feed Dr. Aisla MacPherson's young cat after she was murdered but referred to it as "idiot." While searching the house, Eric Frankenstein saw the cat bat at a leash having just seen a woman walk a cat outside and thinking it was a bad omen. Clayface returned home and emptied out a bag of cat food into a bowl.
