Ziggy Tats is a tattoo artist that Jazzman went to from the old days. In the present, Ziggy finished another tattoo on Jazzman's back. Jazzman revealed it was a tune he whistled when he killed a guard and escaped from Stonegate Penitentiary last month. Ziggy hoped he would never hear him whistle around him. He assured Ziggy he was safer than a turkey the day after Thanksgiving since he was the one writing his "bio." Jazzman's crew called him up with news that Black Mask was willing settle and to pay a million for the files that would incriminate him. Jazzman was about to leave to close the deal but Batgirl blew the parlor open with an exploding batarang. Ziggy pleaded with Batgirl to stop because he was just a small business owner trying to keep his head above water and promised he would do anything. Batgirl told him to find Jazzman a shirt. Ziggy later tipped off Jazzman's men Eight-Bars and Footsie about Batgirl abducting him.
