Janet Van Dorn was a straight-laced, by the book, District Attorney in Gotham City who took over the position after Harvey Dent became Two-Face. On March 27th, at Stonegate Penitentiary, Van Dorn recounted the third attempt on the Muscle's life after his secret identity was revealed then offered him a plea deal: if he helped take down Esther Valestra, he would get a transfer to a safer facility or a reduced sentence. He told her to shove it. He later changed his mind and took the deal.
