After the Muscle was re-arrested, he took Batman's offer on a way to cut down on his sentence. Muscle was taken to the Belle Reve Federal Penitentiary where he was injected with a nanotech solution. Director Amanda Waller was surprised he didn't wince. Muscle claimed that wasn't his style and asked if they could get down to business so he could be free sometime this century. Waller mused Batman was right about him and he would fit right in with Task Force X.
