The Batsignal is a modified projector atop the Gotham City Police Department building used mostly by Commissioner Gordon to alert Batman of a case he needs help with. Deathstroke commandeered the Batsignal to make contact with Batman. The police tried to take him down so he used knock out gas to render everyone unconscious. On the night of Emerson Mayfield's last rally before the Tuesday election, Clayface disguised himself as Errol Flynn and activated the Batsignal. Batman arrived and they fought. He attempted to throw the projector at Batman. It went down the side of police headquarters but didn't hurt anyone. Detective Bullock yelled they weren't paying for that. Batman quipped he would send them a new one.
