Mercy Graves is Lex Luthor's right-hand woman and often does his dirty work for him. Mercy Graves piloted a C-17 cargo plane and took off with Luthor and a stolen Brainiac remnant from Gotham City's Claremon Airfield. She informed Luthor they were five minutes from Metropolis airspace. She suggested he change into something more business-like. Luthor ordered her to just get them back to Metropolis before Batman caught up. Batman caught up and crippled the plane. Graves strapped on a parachute and jumped. Superman later grabbed her by the parachute and flew back to Metropolis with her and Luthor in tow.
