The Clock King, Temple Fugate is a criminal genius warped by a psychological obsession with time. When Jason Todd went solo as Robin, he encountered the Clock King and stabbed him in chest with his own cane. Clock King attended Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy's Christmas party at the Iceberg Lounge. Clock King was later one of the criminals kidnapped by Ra's al Ghul's Talons and imprisoned for months until he was released by Catwoman only to be arrested by the police.
