Telle-Teg is the leader of the underground resistance forces on Qward. After learning the Supreme Chairman was sending operatives to Earth, Telle-Teg sent a warning to the planet. The message was picked up by the Freedom Fighters and they arrived on Qward. Telle-Teg was captured and used as bait to trap the heroes. However, the tide turned and Qward was liberated. It seems likely that Telle-Teg became the planet's next political leader.
