Mrs. Lincoln was born Mary Ann Todd on December 13, 1818 in Lexington, Kentucky to Robert and Elizabeth Todd. She left home at an early age to study at finishing school and acquired a knowledge of French language, dance, drama, music, politics, and social graces. At age 23, she married 33 year old Abraham Lincoln on November 4, 1842. From 1861-1865, she served as First Lady. On April 14, 1865, as President and Mrs. Lincoln sat with her husband to watch the comic play "Our American Cousin" at Ford's Theatre. President Lincoln was shot in the back of the head by John Wilkes Booth.
However, in Parallel Universe 5501, President Linocln's life was spared thanks to Batman. Mrs. Lincoln fainted during the ordeal. After the President carried her to safety, he joined Batman in defeating Booth. She came to when the battle was over.
