The High Court of Order and Chaos exists an an inter-dimensional realm accessible only by the Lords of Order and Chaos and their select agents. Nabu and Typhon observed the conflict of all from this place and wage their never ending war. After the decompression of tensions over the eons began to build, they empowered an infant from Earth and named him Equinox. Some time later, Dr. Fate and Batman teleported to the High Court for help against Equinox. Just then, Equinox appeared and drained the Lords of their power.
