In one of many countless parallel universes, there exists one where Gotham City does not and Cosmopolis City stands in its place. Both still share a distinctive architecture, corruption, and urban decay. Cosmopolis is dominated by at least three major gangs: the Floogle Gang, Fleagle Gang, and Flurgle Gang. The city is protected by a crime-fighting duo known as Bat Boy and Rubin.
