The insane Jarvis Kord dreamed of enforcing his version of peace on the world with his army of super androids. To do so, he needed a near infinite power source. Kord was soon found it when his nephew Ted asked him to unlock the Blue Beetle Scarab. Batman and Blue Beetle soon discovered Kord's true intentions and intervened. He escaped. Hidden in secrecy, Kord created an even grander army of super androids and, with a stroke of luck, the next Blue Beetle found him. Kord convinced him to help power his androids. The androids were armed with missiles and bullets. However, Blue Beetle and Batman set off a chain of events into place that destroyed the island facility and all of the androids with it.
