The Quantum Vacuum is a prototype designed to tap into the same energy field as Captain Atom and Major Force. It can be also used to absorb any form of nuclear level power. It was stored in a room near Tunnel 51 of the Pentagon until Major Force stole it. He intende to use it to become indestructible. The Vacuum was used on a D.C. power plant, Captain Atom, and to attack the White House. Luckily, the powerless Captain Atom crashed his jet into Force and set off a power overload. Atom jumped atop the Vacuum to shield everyone from the explosion and ended up getting his powers back.
