The Joker once stole equipment from every laboratory in Gotham City to build a giant vehicle in mock similarity to a toy jack-in-a-box. Clad in Joker's image and motif, it is armed with Joker Toxin, lasers, air-to-air missiles, welcome mat, and even a moon roof. Joker planned to destroy Gotham City first then spread his insanity to every major city. Batman disabled the vehicle with a single Batarang to the main console. After everyone vacated it, the Joke-In-A-Box exploded.
