Fashioned after the World War II Nazi storm troopers, these Per Degaton's robots bear similar motifs and are designed to invoke fear and terror. They were once used as part of a plan to march on and take control of the White House. However, the Justice Society of America appeared and destroyed them. In preparation for Per Degaton's eventual return, Professor Zee constructed a new army of robots programmed to be loyal to his master. The army was destroyed by Black Canary when she unleashed her super sonic Canary Cry.
