A duo of gangsters constructed a Crime Robot to aid their thefts in Gotham City. While operating inside it, the gangsters were now protected by a bullet proof hull and concealed jet for a quick getaway. Batman, Robin, and Superman attempted to capture it as it robbed a bank but failed. It later resurfaced at the Gotham City Botanic Gardens. Batman and Robin neutralized it by knocking a hollow statue on top of it. Years later, Bat-Mite conjured the Crime Robot along with several aliens and beasts to fight against Batman.
