Aerodiscs are one of the advanced pieces of technology used by the New Gods of New Genesis and Apokolips. They are two circular plates that act as a personal mode of transportation and can maximize to a speed of 250 miles per hour and hover to an altitude of several 100 feet.
Scott Free later modified his pair of Aerodiscs to retract into his boots, to magnetize and allow him to crawl walls, and to house knives that would allow him to cut bonds while he was attempting to escape a death trap.
