Weasel is a gangster based in Gotham City. He recently became a part of a gang formed by Solomon Grundy. Weasel took advantage of Grundy's limited speaking ability to become the second-in-command and translated Grundy's orders to his henchmen. Months later, he appeared as one of the millions hypnotized by Music Meister.
