Tattoo is a member of Black Mask's inner circle, the False Face Society, and is his second-in-command. Tattoo was valued for his technological expertise. After seeing them in action, he devised a way to hack into and reprogram Batman's Bat-Robots. Tattoo is distinguished by his namesake, a tattoo on his face. After Black Mask liquidated the False Face Society, Tattoo was the only survivor. He was later defeated by Bathound.
