In the 25th century, the law enforcement group of the planet was once referred to as the Speed Force when it was ruled by the supervillain Professor Zoom. Clad in armor meant to inspire fear and oppression, the Force wear special bracelets that feed off the power and speed generated by the Flash Barry Allen. Batman neutralized several and stole several bracelets, in vain, to oppose Zoom. It is assumed the Speed Force was dissolved after Zoom was defeated.
