Scream Queen is a teenage girl who manifested three unique super powers. She was unable to cope and became an outcast who fell in with the wrong crowd. Recently, she worked for Scarecrow on All Hallow's Eve to infect thousands with his Fear Gas. When the Flash raced to confiscate the Scarecrow's infected pumpkins, Scream Queen was sent to intervene. Flash was able to neutralize her by stuffing a pumpkin into her mouth before she could emit a sonic wave. As a result, she was succumbed to the Fear Gas and was arrested.
