The Scavengers are a group of thieves who use technology. They continually use stolen technology to augment themselves. Although skilled in using cloaking to avoid detection, their exploits are well documented in New Metropolis. They managed to use their deflectors to avoid detection by both the Science Police and the Legion of Superheroes. Sometime in the 31st century, a group of Scavengers were defeated by the time traveling trio of Batman, Booster Gold, and Skeets. The criminals were turned over to the Science Police.
