Abner Krill turned his obsession with polka dots into a costumed criminal career as Polka-Dot Man. He detaches a polka dot from his costume and transforms it into any weapon. As an enemy of Batman, Polka-Dot Man is classified as a third rate super villain. He later was spotted at a seedy bar with other super villains fighting three Batmen and Firestorm.
