Polecat Perkins is a member of Babyface's gang. Perkins has the power to secrete a powerful and noxious odor from his armpits. The odor is capable of causing its victims to pass out. This makes for a great strategy to disable security guards during break-ins. Perkins was part of Babyface's robbery of a First National Bank in Gotham City. During the gang's escape, Perkins was tossed into a nearby body of water by Batman.
Perkins and the gang were later freed by Babyface from Blackgate Prison and they went on to Warehouse X and manned several exo-suits. Perkins was later defeated by Huntress and Blue Beetle. He was incarcerated at Iron Heights.
