Mr. Camera, like the Clock King, is a super villain who named himself after the object they wear as a headpiece. When there is any event related to the art of picture taking, Mr. Camera is sure to crash it. At a time, he was obsessed with capturing the secret identity of Batman. Mr. Camera's hideout is also outfitted with a giant prop film projector.
