Lazy Eye is a member of Babyface's gang and suffers from an advanced form of amblyopia or lazy eye. As a result, he suffered structural abnormalities and his eyes were misaligned and larger than normal. Despite his namesake, Lazy Eye was recruited to be a lookout and warn Babyface if the authorities were close by.
It was implied that Lazy Eye was the reason that most of Babyface's gang were recently caught and incarcerated at Blackgate Prison. Lazy Eye was one of few henchmen to voice his distaste for Babyface's marriage. Babyface reacted by pulling Lazy Eye through his prison cell bars until Mrs. Manface stepped in and calmed Babyface to normal. Lazy Eye remained imprisoned.
