Dr. Louise Lincoln was once the girlfriend of Ronnie Raymond. Said to be quite the item, the relationship seemed to be doomed from the start. Raymond made Lincoln pay for all their dates. He eventually broke up with her via text message. Enraged with the break up and wasting the best years of her life, Lincoln locked herself in the hyper-cold chamber of the Thermafrost Generator. It robbed her of natural body warmth and gave her incredible powers over ice and cold.
As Killer Frost, she set out to get revenge on the man who wronged her, Ronnie Raymond, and all of Gotham City. She attempted to kill Raymond but was defeated by Batman and Firestorm. S.T.A.R. Labs took her into custody and applied special arm restraints that neutralized her superpowers. Killer Frost declared herself the arch-enemy of Firestorm before being taken away.
