The Jokers of All Nations was founded by the Joker in reaction to the existence of the Batmen of All Nations. Counting the Joker, there are six members: an Eskimo, Japanese sumo wrestler, Russian, Canadian hockey player, and Scotsman. The Canadian and Scottish Jokers use exploding projectiles while the Russian and Japanese prefer close quarters combat. The Eskimo fights with a spear. They infiltrated the Batmen of All Nations headquarters as giant statues commissioned by Batman. The Jokers were defeated when the base's compromised dome collapsed on them.
